Who is OfficeZilla?

OfficeZilla is an independent office supply dealer specializing in excellent customer service and community relationships.  In 2012, they began franchising their business model to other independent office supply dealers in order to help those businesses expand services, upgrade technology, and leverage buying power in order to compete with national big box stores.  Want to know more about OfficeZilla?  Learn more here.

Why did Chastain’s make this decision?

Chastain’s has always been committed to offering our customers quality products and superior service at competitive prices.  In recent years, the office supply industry has changed drastically.  Demand for typical office products has decreased, competition has increased, and many customers have embraced ordering online.  This partnership with OfficeZilla will enable Chastain’s to continue our commitment to our customers while enhancing our technology, expanding our product offerings, and improve our ability to provide business solutions for our customers.

What changes should I expect?

Most of the changes will be behind the scenes.  Customers can still call, fax, or e-mail orders to us, or place orders online through our new e-commerce site.  If you need help finding a product, you can still contact us directly, just like you always have.  You’ll also be able to call OfficeZilla’s customer service line or chat online, and their knowledgeable, friendly team can help you as well.  If you need a copy of an invoice or to check payment status, you can call us, or you can log in to your account and find that information online.  Orders placed by 4:00 p.m. will still be delivered locally to your office by our wonderful delivery team.

The biggest changes you will notice will be with invoice payments and returns.  If you pay your invoice by check, you will need to make your check out and mail it to OfficeZilla.  If you are buying furniture, you may still get an invoice from Chastain’s, as we have opted to keep our office furniture and office supply divisions separate.  The rule of thumb is to make your payment to whomever is listed on your invoice–it’s as easy as that!  Credit for returned merchandise will be issued once the merchandise is returned and OfficeZilla has received credit from the wholesaler.  You will be able to track the status of your return through your online account, or you can call us and we can find that information for you.

How do I place an order?

There are several ways to place an order, and you may pick which one is easiest for you.  You may place your order by phone with Chastain’s (706-546-0590) or OfficeZilla (1-800-699-7549); you may fax or e-mail your order to Chastain’s (706-546-0604; orders@chastains.com); or you may place your order online at www.officezilla.com/chastains.  After September 1, you may log in through www.chastains.com to place your order as well.  If you already have a username and password, you may log in using the same username and password you used on our old e-commerce website.  If you need a username and password, you may contact Chastain’s and we will set it up for you.

How do I pay my invoices?

It’s simple:  if your invoice is from OfficeZilla, remit your payment to OfficeZilla at the address listed on the invoice; if your invoice is from Chastain’s, you may remit your payment to Chastain’s.  There will be some crossover during our transition, and we have processes in place to help if you do end up sending your payment to the wrong place.  If you need a W-9 from OfficeZilla to set them up as a vendor in your accounting system, click here.  If you are a tax-exempt customer, please click here to fill out the Georgia Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and send it to accounting@chastains.com, or fax it to 706-546-0604.
